Return Policy
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of COVID-19, all items are final except for any damaged goods. We ask that you refer to our size charts & read the detailed description before you buy. Refunds Policy
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We thoroughly check all items before shipping, however, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of COVID-19, we will not allow exchanging any clothes items. However, exchanging any damaged unused non-clothes items is allowable (rips, stains, etc). An initial contact must happen within 2 business days of receiving the item.
If we sent the wrong size or style of clothing, please notify us within 24 hours of your delivery. Provide us with your order number, name and the email that was used on the order and we'll review the problem. We will find a way to fix the problem right away.
Shipping policy
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer pick up. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at check out for First Class and Priority Mail through USPS discounted rate.
All items purchase on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All orders ship within 3-5 business days. Due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer due to seasonal delays. Once items have been processed and shipped out, Modern Hmong Sisters is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged items. Customers must contact their local USPS courier directly.
